Restore a purchase

Reinstall the game and open its settings. Tap "Restore purchases". Purchases are tied to the Apple ID or Google account that bought them.

Remove ads

Games that sell a "Remove ads" purchase keep it after reinstall. Use "Restore purchases" if ads come back.

Refunds

Apple and Google handle refunds for their stores. Request one from your App Store purchase history or from Google Play order history. We cannot issue refunds directly.

Delete your data

Email us from the address you want us to check. We delete everything tied to your device identifiers within 30 days. Uninstalling a game also removes all local save data.
