Terms of service

Effective 21 September 2026. These terms cover every game published by Floor Worker LLC.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to play our games on devices you own. You may not copy, modify, sell, or reverse engineer them.

Purchases

In-app purchases are sold by Apple or Google and follow their terms. Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Refunds are handled by the store that sold the item.

Ads

Free games show ads. Some purchases remove ads. We are not responsible for content on third-party sites you reach through an ad.

Fair play

Do not cheat, exploit bugs for gain, or interfere with other players. We may reset progress or block access from a device that does.

Availability

We may update, change, or retire a game at any time. We give at least 30 days notice on this site before retiring a game that sells purchases.

Liability

Our games are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Floor Worker LLC is not liable for any indirect loss from using them. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, in the state where Floor Worker LLC is registered.
